Operative words

(City of Phoenix): Mayor of Phoenix declared a state of emergency and ordered restaurants to close their dining areas immediately and move to takeout service, delivery, and/or curbside service only. Additionally, bars, indoor gyms, fitness clubs, movie theaters are also closed to the public.... (City of Tucson): Mayor Romero's Proclamation which orders the closure of businesses that are not 'Essential Functions' and which issues a stay at home advisory to residents, took effect at 8:00 am on March 28 and continues through April 17, at 11:59 pm unless terminated sooner.... (Tucson City): The Tucson Mayor and City Council voted to enact an ordinance which implements a mandatory curfew from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. each night, within city limits. The ordinance will take effect at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, December 4, and will continue through Wednesday December 23, 2020.
