Operative words
1. Effective as of 9:00 a.m., Monday March 16, 2020, there shall be no community or public gatherings in excess of 50 people and this amends my earlier Order that discouraged gatherings in excess of 250 people. 2. The City will request continuances of hearings before magisterial district justices for the enforcement of City Code citations issued by the Department of Permits, Licenses & Inspections, the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, and the Department of Public Works... 3. The remainder of Executive Order No. 2020-01 shall remain in effect until rescinded.
Enforcement
Takes effect immediately and remains in effect until amended or rescinded in writing by the Mayor.
