That all indoor public and private gatherings and outdoor gatherings ('Mass Gatherings') within an enclosed space of 10 persons or more anywhere in the incorporated and unincorporated territory of Bexar County is hereafter prohibited beginning 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2020... people shall avoid eating or drinking at bars, restaurants, and food courts, or visiting gyms or massage parlors; provided, however, that the use of drive-thru, pickup, or delivery options is allowed... no person shall sell any of the following goods or services for more than the price the person charged... on 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2020.
