Operative words

All jury trials are suspended and the County Courts will not hold any non-essential in-person proceedings, until at least June 1, 2020; Essential in-person proceedings may only occur if holding the proceeding remotely is not possible or feasible. In that event, there may be no more than 10 people gathered in the courtroom.
