Operative words
All passengers on public conveyances (e.g., airplanes, ships, ferries, trains, subways, buses, taxis, ride-shares) traveling into, within, or out of the United States, all conveyance operators, including crew, drivers, conductors, and other workers involved in the operation of conveyances, all operators of transportation hubs, including the San Antonio International Airport and any other area that provides transportation in the United States, shall comply with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Order on Requirement For Persons To Wear Masks While On Public Conveyances And At Transportation Hubs... The City of San Antonio acknowledges and supports the directives of both the City Manager requiring the use of face masks by City employees and visitors to City facilities and the San Antonio Bexar County Health Authority requiring the use of face masks by all students (age 2 and older), staff, teachers, and visitors to K-12 schools, regardless of vaccination status and as permitted by court order.
