Operative words

These guidelines are generally effective June 15, 2020, with the exception of certain outdoor physical activities, discussed below, that are effective June 1, 2020. In accordance with DPH's Order for Amended Business and Individual Guidelines for Social Distancing and Re-Opening Order, dated May 29, 2020 and effective June 15, 2020 [as to gyms]... Given the lower contagion risk for exercising outdoors, fitness training or classes conducted outdoors may begin on June 1, 2020... Such training may be conducted only in an outdoor area with no enclosures.

Notes

Fixes the County gym closure: closed from Mar. 23, 2020 (stay-at-home), kept closed by the May 8 order (¶ 7), indoor reopening June 15, 2020 under protocols. Also fixes the Amended Order's date: May 29, 2020.
