Operative words

1. Any laboratory company or healthcare provider who receives a positive test result for COVID-19 shall [report it to DPH within one day] 2. Any laboratory company or healthcare provider who receives a negative test result for COVID-19 shall [report it]... [any hospital admitting a] patient [who] tests positive for COVID-19 shall electronically report that admission to DPH immediately... This order rescinds and replaces the Amended Rapid Results Notification Order dated March 24, 2020. This amended order shall become effective at 12:01 a.m. on April 2, 2020 and will continue to be in effect until it is [rescinded]... So Ordered this 31st day of March 2020. Dr. Emily Doucette, Acting Director.
