Operative words

1. Effective immediately and continuing until April 30, 2020 at 11:59 pm, the following places of public accommodation are closed to ingress, egress, use, and occupancy by members of the public [restaurants, bars, hookah and cigar bars, theaters and performance venues, libraries and museums, gymnasiums and fitness facilities and facilities offering non-essential personal care services, casinos, and similar places].... 8. Executive Order 2020-20 is rescinded.
