Operative words

[Retail:] limit the number of customers in the store (including employees) to 25% of the total occupancy limits... [Restaurants and bars:] Limit capacity to 50% of normal seating... Require patrons to wear a face covering except when seated at their table or bar top... [Health care:] Require patients to wear a face covering when in the facility... Executive Order 2020-161 is rescinded.

Enforcement

§ 21: 'Penalty. Consistent with MCL 10.33 and MCL 30.405(3), a willful violation of this order is a misdemeanor.'
