Operative words

2.... I authorize and direct the Commissioner to extend the Distance Learning Period established in Executive Order 20-19 through the end of the 2019-2020 school calendar year. For all school districts and charter schools that operate on an approved flexible learning year calendar, the Distance Learning Period is extended until June 30, 2020.... 11. During the Extended Distance Learning Period and per applicable labor agreements, school districts and schools must allow for remote work or telework to the extent possible.
