Operative words

This Order supersedes and replaces all prior orders and shall be effective at noon on August 28, 2020 and will expire on September 17, 2020 at [11:59 p.m.]... [Recital:] the Director entered Order 2020-10 on August 28, 2020 to establish an operating curfew on bars and restaurants [Order 2020-21 recital].... Section 1.04 Face Mask Requirements.
