Operative words

Limit customer occupancy to not more than 50% of stated fire capacity... Continue to promote telework and limit non-essential travel whenever possible... Limit face-to-face meetings to no more than ten (10) workers... Bars are directed to not serve alcoholic beverages for onsite consumption... Mass Gatherings are prohibited. 'Mass Gathering' means an event or convening that brings together more than ten (10) persons at the same time in a single space... School facilities remain closed for in-person instruction. Consistent with Executive Orders No. 117 and 120, public school facilities are to remain closed as in-person instructional settings for students for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year.

Notes

Sec. 5 keeps personal care and grooming businesses, bars, gyms and entertainment venues closed; sec. 4(E) schools closed for the year; the Secretary's abatement order of May 4, 2020 on bars is recited (sec. 5(B)).
