Operative words
(b) All visitors entering a facility must thoroughly wash their hands upon entry, or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available; (c) All visitors must have no fever (body temperature below 100 degrees Fahrenheit)... This Order shall remain in effect for the duration of Executive Order 2020-004.
