Operative words

[Restaurants] may also offer dine-in service in outdoor seating areas only at up to 50% of their outdoor area fire code occupancy, if applicable. No dine-in service may be provided in indoor seating areas. Outdoor dine-in service may only be provided to patrons who are seated.... (3) 'Close-contact businesses' and 'recreational facilities' must remain closed.... (6) Bars are not permitted to operate other than for take-out and delivery... (8) 'Places of lodging' shall not operate at more than 25% percent of maximum occupancy.... This Order shall take effect immediately and remain in effect through May 31, 2020.
