(2)... identified as a 'retail space' must close by 10:00 p.m. and must remain closed until at least 4:00 a.m. A 'retail space' may not exceed 25%... (5) 'Food and drink establishments' may provide dine-in service [only if NM Safe Certified, 25%]... service by 10:00 p.m.... (8) 'Places of lodging' which have completed the NM Safe Certified training... may operate up to 60%... All other 'places of lodging' shall not operate at more than 25%... (15)... must [close for fourteen days after] four (4) or more rapid responses within a fourteen (14) day period. (16) All state-run museums must close.
