Operative words
[Restates NM-068 paras. 1-7 and adds:] [hospitals shall] report to the Department of Health the total number of (i) workers who are subject to this Order, (ii) fully vaccinated workers, (iii) partially vaccinated workers, (iv) unvaccinated workers, and (v) unvaccinated workers who have been granted an exemption from the COVID-19 vaccination requirement.... This Order shall take effect on September 15, 2021, and remain in effect for the duration of the public health emergency first declared in Executive Order 2020-004 and any subsequent renewals of that public health emergency declaration, unless otherwise rescinded.
