Operative words

On August 12, 2021, in the case Chrysafis v. Marks, the U.S. Supreme Court [enjoined part of the prior act]... [eviction proceedings] will be postponed until January 15, 2022 unless your landlord moves to [challenge your hardship declaration]... the court shall hold a hearing to determine whether [the hardship claim is valid]
