Operative words

Pursuant to the Governor's Executive Orders, malls previously remained closed until Friday, July 10, 2020 when malls could reopen in regions that had reached Phase 4, in accordance with the following guidance.... Responsible Parties, in coordination with any tenants, must ensure that the workforce and customer presence is limited to no more than 50% of the maximum occupancy for a particular area as set by the certificate of occupancy, inclusive of customers... (at the time of publication, movie theaters are not permitted to open)
