Pursuant to the Governor's Executive Orders, movie theaters statewide - including in New York City - may reopen Friday, March 5, 2021 in accordance with this guidance... Responsible Parties must ensure that the workforce and patron presence in any movie theater is limited to no more than 25% of the maximum occupancy for a particular area as set by the certificate of occupancy, inclusive of employees and patrons
