Operative words
1. Restrict access to all Homes only to those personnel who are absolutely necessary for the operation of the Homes.... Included are also no more than one (1) visitor per resident per day, except for end-of-life situations. 2. Restrict access to all Homes only to those personnel who have been screened for COVID-19 each time they enter Homes.
