Operative words
1. The Director's Order and Amended Order for the Testing of Residents and Staff of all Residential Care Facilities dated August 28, 2020, and March 23, 2021, respectively, are hereby rescinded. 2. The Director's Order and Amended Order for the Testing of the Residents and Staff of all Nursing Homes dated May 21, 2020, and March 23, 2021, respectively, are hereby rescinded. 3. This Order shall be effective at 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 2022.
