Operative words

WHEREAS, the undersigned Mayor issued an Emergency Proclamation dated February 26, 2021... WHEREAS, said proclamation was extended by a proclamation dated April 29, 2021; and WHEREAS, the conditions set forth in said Emergency Proclamation have improved to a level that the measures set forth in said order can be safely be withdrawn and rescinded.... SECTION ONE: The Proclamation Declaring State of Emergency dated February 26, 2021 as extended on April 29, 2021 is hereby withdrawn and rescinded effective immediately. PROCLAIMED THIS 14th day of May, 2021.
