Operative words

Section 9(A) is amended... i. Indoor events and gatherings are limited to 50% of maximum occupancy. ii. Outdoor events and gatherings are limited to 75% of maximum occupancy.... Section 14 is amended by replacing the language in that section with the following: This Order shall take effect at 12:01 a.m. on April 4, 2021. The Order and any of its amendments, including the amended mitigation measures under Section 5 of the Order of the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health Requiring Universal Face Coverings, shall remain in effect until 12:01 a.m. on May 31, 2021. The remaining Order of the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health Requiring Universal Face Coverings, as previously amended, otherwise remains in effect.... This Amended Order shall take effect at 12:01 a.m. on May 17, 2021.
