The number of patients admitted on the previous day that were not fully vaccinated, as defined by the Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 13. The number of patients admitted on the previous day that were fully vaccinated.... Section 2: Pennsylvania National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (PA-NEDSS) Hospitalization Reporting. All hospitals licensed by the Department are instructed to submit a COVID-19 report to PA-NEDSS... This Amendment is effective August 18, 2021.
