Operative words

I hereby amend my Order regarding the 'Closure of All Businesses That Are Not Life Sustaining' dated March 19, 2020. The portion of Section 1 of that Order directing that 'Enforcement actions will be taken against non-life sustaining businesses that are out of compliance effective March 21, 2020, at 12:01 a.m.' is amended to read: Enforcement actions will be taken against non-life sustaining businesses that are out of compliance effective March 23, 2020, at 8:00 a.m. The Order remains unchanged in every other respect.
