Operative words

Section 1.A is amended to insert the following after the third sentence in the first paragraph: All sale or dispensing of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption must cease at 11:00 p.m. and no patron may possess alcoholic beverages within the establishment after midnight.... Section 1 is amended to add Subsection C as follows: C. Self-Certification... [an] affected establishment may increase capacity limitations to 50% of stated fire code [maximum occupancy for indoor dining]... on September 21, 2020, as long as the establishment enrolls in and has complied with the [self-certification process]... This Amendment is effective September 21, 2020.
