Operative words
On March 13, 2020 the South Dakota Supreme Court declared a judicial emergency from the COVID 19 Disease in the attached order. That order granted the Presiding Judges of each of South Dakota's seven judicial circuits the authority to enter orders to respond to the public health emergency in their respective jurisdictions. A copy of the orders currently approved is included below
