Operative words

The Court hereby ORDERS a moratorium on jury trials through December 31, 2020. This Order supersedes the Order on Jury Trials in Pennington County, and applies to all counties in the 7th Circuit. Exceptions to this jury trial moratorium may be granted by an individual judge within this circuit for good cause
