The following are an easement of restrictions to affected businesses and establishments in Rapid City... approved by the Rapid City Common Council on April 27, 2020, effective immediately.... Capacity Limitations: Restaurants, bars, and casinos shall be limited to a capacity of half their maximum posted occupancy. Limit number of customers in grocery, retail, recreation and fitness businesses based on available square footage... Food service employees must be masked.
