That Ordinance 20-010 is amended to include the following Section 12: 12. Face Masks/Face Coverings Required. Notes

The first municipal public mask mandate in South Dakota (Sept. 8, 2020); Resolution 20-076 of the same date (settings and exemptions) recites that Ord. 20-019 'requires masks at City sanctioned events and in indoor businesses and indoor public places'

Retrieval note

Legacy.doc ('Ordinance 9/8/2020 clean') as posted on Legistar matter 5407; the middle of § 12 was partly illegible in binary extraction.
