Operative words

Restaurants, bars, and casinos shall be limited to a maximum capacity of one-half (1/2) of their maximum posted capacity. Capacity must be posted at the front of the business.... Grocery stores, retail businesses, recreation and fitness businesses shall be limited to a maximum capacity of one-half (1/2) of their maximum posted capacity.... Restaurant and bar... staff and employees must wear masks which cover the employee's nose and mouth.... Masks are required at city-sanctioned events.... Masks are required when obtaining services from the healthcare sector in settings, including but not limited to, a hospital, pharmacy, medical clinic, laboratory, physician or dental office, veterinary clinic, or blood bank... Masks are required while riding on public transportation or while in a taxi, private car service, or ride-sharing vehicle.
