Operative words
ORDERED that the judge presiding over the proceeding or Presiding Judge may require any person within any courtroom, jury room, court office, or adjacent common area in the Sixth Judicial Circuit to wear a mask, scarf, bandana, or other covering over the nose and mouth. It is further ORDERED that the Presiding Judge may amend this Order as necessary to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
