II. All facilities identified in this Order must verify vaccine status of all workers... facilities shall provide all unvaccinated or incompletely vaccinated workers with FDA-cleared [respirators and require testing at least weekly (twice weekly in acute health care and long-term care)]... VIII. This Order shall take effect on August 9, 2021, at 12:01 am. Facilities must be in full compliance with the Order by August 23, 2021.
