WHEREAS, hospitalizations are increasing as COVID-19 variants continue to increase... [licensure and inspection rules] are hereby suspended to the extent necessary to give the Commissioner of Health the discretion to allow a health care professional who is licensed in another state... to practice... [rules] are hereby suspended to the extent necessary to give a health care institution licensed under Title 33 or 68, or an affiliate of the institution, [flexibility to add capacity]... in effect until 11:59 p.m., Central Time, on October 5, 2021.
