Operative words
Between March 23, 2020 and continuing until 7:00 AM on May 7, 2020, dentists in Maryland [were limited to urgent and emergency care]. Commencing at 7:00 AM on May 7, 2020, all licensed healthcare providers, including dentists, dental hygienists, and auxiliary personnel, may resume elective and non-urgent [procedures subject to:]... II. Any licensed healthcare facility or healthcare provider resuming elective and non-urgent medical procedures shall have at least one week's supply of [PPE]... IV. All healthcare workers, patients, and others must be screened for COVID-19 [symptoms]... All healthcare providers and staff shall wear appropriate face coverings... [providers unable to provide] PPE for themselves, staff, and patients where appropriate shall immediately restrict operations to urgent and non-elective procedures and appointments.
