Nurse aide competency examinations, NCLEX and administrator licensing examinations at Prometric and Pearson VUE test centers (HR: the pipeline of certified nursing assistants, home health aides, licensed nurses and licensed administrators)

2020: Test centers closed and examinations cancelled or rescheduled from mid-March 2020: Prometric, 'If your test has been cancelled or rescheduled due to our COVID-19 preventative measures, Prometric will send you an email within 5 business days with further instructions regarding your exam' and a 'Site Closures' notice (Mar. 21, 2020); Pearson VUE, 'The status of our global test delivery is changing rapidly due to the spread of COVID-19. We will continue to monitor the situation and make decisions about test center operations in accordance with government and local authorities' (updated Mar. 23, 2020). 2021: Test centers operating under capacity and masking conditions set by State orders; the CMS waiver of the nurse aide training and certification requirement (42 C.F.R. 483.35(d)) remained in force through Q3 2021 (QSO-21-17-NH left it in place).
