Operative words
[A]ny person, resident or non-resident, traveling into Maine must immediately self-quarantine for 14 days or for the balance of 14 days dating from the day of arrival, except when engaging in essential services as defined in Executive Order 19 FY 19/20... effective April 5, 2020 at 12:00 noon, all lodging operations and accommodations shall close except to the extent of providing lodging for the purposes stated below.... Lodging may be provided only for the following purposes: a.... housing for... essential workers... On-line reservations shall be suspended...
