Operative words

SECTION 4.1.(a) G.S. 10B-3 is amended by adding a new subdivision to read: '(7a) Emergency video notarization. - An acknowledgement, affirmation, or oath notarization completed by a notary in compliance with the requirements of G.S. 10B-25.'
