Operative words

The moratorium expired on July 31, 2021. Three days later, the CDC reimposed it.... We vacate that stay, rendering the judgment enforceable.... it strains credulity to believe that this statute grants the CDC the sweeping authority that it asserts.

Enforcement

Judgment of the District Court vacating the CDC order enforceable from Aug. 26, 2021

Notes

The CDC order of Aug. 3, 2021 (FED-026) bound eviction conduct in counties with substantial or high transmission from Aug. 3 to Aug. 26, 2021.
