Operative words
SECTION 6. Section 2 of chapter 65 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words 'the termination of the COVID-19 emergency...' and inserting in place thereof the following words:- December 15, 2021.... SECTION 12. Subsection (a) of section 1 of chapter 257 of the acts of 2020 is hereby amended by striking out the words 'the termination of the state of emergency...' and inserting in place thereof the following words:- the termination or nullification of the Temporary Halt in Residential Evictions to Prevent the Further Spread of COVID-19 Order issued by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
