MORATORIUM ON EVICTIONS FOR NONPAYMENT OF RENT. (a) Until the date the governor determines... that the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) public health disaster emergency no longer exists, or until June 30, 2020, whichever is earlier, the statutory cause of action for forcible entry and detainer for nonpayment of rent under AS 09.45 and any other statutory cause of action... to evict or otherwise eject a person who is a residential tenant for nonpayment of rent... may not be applied to a person experiencing financial hardship related to the COVID-19 public health disaster emergency.... MORATORIUM ON FORECLOSURES. (a) Until the date the governor determines... or until June 30, 2020, whichever is earlier... MORATORIUM ON REPOSSESSION OF MOTOR VEHICLES. (a)... June 30, 2020, whichever is earlier, if a person is experiencing financial hardship
