Notes

The exhibit is CDPH's own page as it stood in Sept. 2026, which retains the July 12, 2021 publication date and the later amendments; the July 12, 2021 universal indoor masking requirement is confirmed by the recital in Ex. SEC-15-023 and by Ballotpedia (Ex. SEC-15-003). The page also carries the exposure and quarantine rules (masked exposed students remain 10 days) and the youth-sports masking provisions.
