Operative words

WHEREAS, on July 13, 2021, I renewed through September 30, 2021 the previously mentioned [declarations]... 1. Revised Mask Requirements. Executive Order No. 12A is repealed. A[ny person who is not] fully vaccinated for COVID-19 shall cover their mouth and nose with a mask or cloth face covering [in indoor public places]... [the Commissioner of Public Health shall issue binding rules specifying settings, including schools, where masks are required of all persons].

Notes

Connecticut's school mask requirement ran continuously from the 2020-21 year (EO 9 series; CSDE requirements) through Feb. 28, 2022; EO 13A is the Q3 2021 instrument that carried it.
