Ballotpedia (Ex. SEC-15-003): 'Aug. 16, 2021: Gov. Doug Ducey (R) said he would withhold school grants... from schools that implemented mask requirements. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Randall Warner ruled that a state law banning school mask requirements would not take effect until Sept. 29'; 'Sept. 26, 2021: Arizona Superior Court Judge Katherine Cooper ruled Arizona's school mask requirement ban was unconstitutional.'
