Operative words
Inter-team competitions (i.e., between two teams) resumed in California beginning January 25, 2021. The guidelines outlined in this document shall take effect on February 26, 2021, as updated, effective March 5, 2021... Spectators and observers for indoor sports is limited to observation of youth sports... for the purpose of age appropriate supervision. This prohibition shall remain in effect until such time as Indoor Seated Live Events and Performance Guidance is posted and becomes effective....
