Operative words

2.... All hair salons, day spas (including relaxation massages), nail salons, barber shops, tattoo parlors, body piercing locations (except that nose and oral piercings are prohibited during the pendency of this Order) tanning facilities, and other like businesses and operations licensed by the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board and local boards of health in the State are permitted to reopen for full service within the State so long as all workplace safety standards are met.... Businesses and operations shall continue to comply with Social Distancing Requirements as defined in this Order, including by maintaining six-foot social distancing for both employees and members of the public... 5. Facial Coverings (Masks). Businesses must allow all customers, patrons, visitors, contractors, vendors and similar individuals to use facial coverings... [and] must require all employees to wear facial coverings, except for one of the following reasons... 6. Prior Director of Health Order. The Director of Health Order signed March 19, 2020 that closed hair salons, day spas, nail salons, barber shops, tanning facilities, tattoo parlors, body piercing locations, and massage therapy locations in the State is rescinded effective at 12:01 a.m. on May 15, 2020.
