2020: Held Feb. 11-13, 2020, before the March 2020 orders. 2021: Cancelled (first cancellation in the show's history), announced Sept. 14, 2020: 'After working with the Tulare County Health Department and other officials, it has become evident that given health and safety restrictions from the State of California, holding a live, international event is not responsible in February.'. Usual dates: second week of February (Feb. 11-13, 2020; Feb. 9-11, 2021 scheduled).
