WHEREAS, citizens, businesses, and governmental entities across the State are working to stimulate economic and other recovery from the ongoing effects of COVID-19. NOW THEREFORE, I, Bill Lee,... in order to facilitate economic and other recovery, and to maintain federal compliance and eligibility, do hereby declare a limited continuing state of emergency... This Order takes effect at 11:59 p.m., Central Time, on May 31, 2021, and shall remain in effect until 11:59 p.m., Central Time, on July 30, 2021.
