by the Governor's Executive Order #67, extended by his Order #73, I declare a state of emergency for Montgomery County, Tennessee and further so ORDER... 2. IT IS ORDERED that my Emergency ORDER generally setting out requirements for the wearing of masks in Montgomery County, is extended until February 27, 2021. This local order constitutes an order promulgated pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 58, Chapter 2, Part 1, and the Governor's Executive Order #54, as extended by the Governor's Executive Order #73. 3. This ORDER shall become effective at 12:01 a.m. on the 30th day of January 2021 and will expire on February 27, 2021 at 11 p.m. unless sooner cancelled or unless extended.
