Operative words

In consideration of the continuing public health threat posed by COVID-19, the Utah Supreme Court and Utah Court of Appeals hereby reinstitute the February 19, 2021 order requiring all oral arguments and appellate court committee meetings be conducted remotely through September 30, 2021. We will continue monitoring the crisis on a weekly basis and may overturn or extend this Order based on the circumstances at that time.
